Hvar with beautiful people...

After leaving Copenhagen I flew into Zagreb, Croatia cause it was the closet place I could fly into to Split. So, I still had a 6.5 hours bus ride ahead of me and 2 hour ferry. I got a later bus cause the earliest  ferry left at 7am. I spent a couple of hours walking around this city before the bus.
After 36 hours of travelling I finally arrived in Hvar. Only to hear this story from Adam "dude so i woke up in my bed this morning, to some crazy lady in my room yelling at me in croatian, I quickly jumped up n ran out of my room, I then watched as the crazy lady got into my room and drove away... I SLEPT IN CAR".....

I knew from this point it was all worth it. I couldn't be stuffed going back to our apartment, so I just put my bags in storage and headed straight to the beach to meet up with the girls. I had eaten since Sophia had brought me lunch the day before in Copenhagen or slept since leaving Oslo...
Once we got down to Hula Hula beach the girls and Adi had already been bronzing for a few hours... Its was around 11am by this time...
By 12:30 Adam had already brought beers and eating seemed pointless at this point. We followed on drink all day and night. The whole 3 days, we pretty much never left those lay out beds. Only for a hour to head to the Blue Lagoon to jump off some stuff and to head home for dinner and to get loose...
We payed 30 euros each a night for our apartment only to never sleep in it... hmmm...
Just before I arrived into Copenhagen I got this msg from adam... He was getting the flight i was met to be on...w It made me feel better about myself for losing my passport but he won of those lucky has DOS...

Thanks everyone single on of you guys for a super intents weekend...
Good times...

A day in the life of Sophia Burger in Copenhagen...

Last Thursday I was packing my bags for Croatia for the next day only to only realize my passport was not anywhere in my apartment. I looked for hours. Called the Australian Embassy, did everything I could think of...
At 10pm I found a bus to Copenhagen, it left at 11pm. There I can get a emergency one for the time being. About 20 mins I decided to go to Copenhagen on a 8.5 hour bus ride then flight to Croatia the next day.
Once I arrived in there I headed straight for the Embassy and messaged Scotti and Sophia I was in town. I got the passport with in an hour or so. But it cost me 200 aussie dollars. After that was sorted I called Sophia and got direction to there place. Scott was already working didn't even see my best mate in his ripping new town. I have a shower and got ready, lucky Scott had a extra bike, so Sophia took me sight seeing and for some lunch around beautiful Copenhagen. It's such a rad place. There a so much going on, in all pasts of the city. Had lunch in this rad vegetarian restaurant. Then took a ride around scotti's work! Plus some more rad stuff... Sophia was more then a good hostess...
First thing I seen when I arrived...
Scotti and Sophia Bikes...
The Burger and I rolling threw the streets...
Lunch...
Out the front of Scotti's work... Didn't get to go in or see Scoot, but it was still super to rad to see...
Pretty sure this car hasn't moved in over 5 years...
No camera zone...

I was only there for about 7 hours but ended up having amazing day. Thanks again sophia for everything. It was great to see u and see how you and your man are killing it in that beautiful city...
I flew out of there at 6pm. Good times...

22.07.11...

On friday afternoon Norway was hit by news that know country or person should have to heard... But that was only the start of it. With every minute that followed it seem to only just worse. Everyone was told to head home and stay indoor for fears of more explosions.  It was all to much for everyone to handle. It only took minutes for the news to reach everyone in Oslo and world. People just set in front of there TV's and computers for more information... Its was the hard thing I've had to watch unfold and experience...
In minutes of hearing of the shooting on Utoya someone started a facebook page, suggesting everyone should light a candle for the kids that were sadly taken and with in know time there was thousand people unloading picture of there candles burning though out the homes... It was truly amazing and great to be apart of... This country is stronger then more people will ever know. It makes me proud to be living in a beautiful, strong and open minded place...

Adam showing he respect with one of the best pic I've ever seen...
Thousand of people of have been leaving flower and candle out the front of the church to pay the respects.. Its all a bit to much to take in...
The love never seem to end...
Everyone of my friends and there friend were at work or at home when I the attack hit, Thank God. But many weren't so lucky. So rest in peace. To the young and old the were lost on 22.07.11, Norway will never forget u...

One day road trip to Hemsedal...

Our friends in Hemsedal were having a partying for our friends Jens birthday and asked us to come up. So steemy hired us all a car and we got out of the small city for a farmer party. The drive up was real good cause we picked up the car late and convertible, so we could enjoy the 3 hour in the sun, minis the 5 or 10 minutes it rain. In which the roof stayed down... We were about an hour from Hemsedal, when when we seen a sign for a meteorite crater site. We had some time so we decided to check it out... It was 75 kroner each and had some young kids running it. He gave us a full presentation about the crater and then sent us to check it out... We walked around for a while and didn't really see anything... On the way back steemy realized he had lost the car key. He hoped he'd left them in the office. We got back to no car in the parking lot. Car stolen... Shit....

We asked the guys working there if they'd see it. They said NO. Once we went to call someone they pulled out our keys and told us its around the back..... hahahahahaahah.....
They then proceeded to tell us our they dont know and anything about meteorite's and made up the whole thing with the norwegian government known and all there scams there got to get the tourist in..... Smart kids...

Pimp my hire car...

The Boss in Frognerparken.....

There not much better then walking out your front door, skating 2 mins down the road to the best park in Oslo, only to watch your favourite skater. The last time I seen all the guys do a demo was a few years ago..  for the opening for Frankston skate park. It was pretty rad to seeing Reynolds skate again.. Brendon Westgate is one the most amazing skater to watch. Herman only put down 2 tricks but that all that needed from that man. Probably the best tre flip I've ever seen down the five.... Leo, always kills it...
Once I turned up there was about 100 kids rolling into the front gates of Frognerparken...
The park was full anyway from all the warm whether we've had... (minus the sun)
The Boss, ollie up the 5, next front 180...
 Reynolds Kickie...
 Brendon Westgate, Front lippy..
They had a long ledge and 5 stair with an out ledge to work... Plus a million Norwegian kids
Leo, in a line Front blunt first ledge then front noseblunt...
Not sure who this kids was but he ripped. Front noseslide, shove out...
Brendon Westgate always rips... Kickie up the big 5. So sick...

So stoke to see those guys ripping in Oslo...

Worst person alive in Oslo....

About a week ago, I got email from Kelly asking to come to Oslo for her last week end in europe. I told her to come up. A couple of days later, she was here enjoying the expensive beer, 24 hour sun, the World Championship BellyFlop competition, Frognerparken, Cider, Revovler Oslo, Srypo, HJ veggie burgers, closed mimi bottle museum, 5 by 8 size room, friends, that she snores, Aker Brygge, rain, Star jumps, bad jokes, 2am walks around the city, etc.....

First night Kelly got here we took her Revolver for some drinks. When we got there she informed me that this was the first time she had drunk on her euro trip. Weirdo.
Then next day we got up to a nice hangover and I took her sight seeing around Oslo. We check the Aker brygge, around the harbour, did some star jump at Oprah's House.
After that we headed to Frognerparken for the World Championship BellyFlop Competition. There was alot of laughs. It was basically dude doing the biggest horsey off the 10m diving board onto the stomachs with a few double back flip into a horsey...

Cant remember what this was called, but we watched about 3 or 4 races while drinking and eating all our free food and drink that everyone was handing out down on Aker Brygge...
Star jumps at Oprah house...
Kelly knows how to capturing the moment...
