A Day On The Fleck........

All winter Koost kat has been planning and organizing spots to build and session. Basically anything idea's you've got in your head. Kat will know and already have somewhere in mind.

We'd all planned to meet on the fleckalmbahn for a bbq, beers and to shred the concrete ledge surrounding the church.

When we arrived everyone was there. Josie, Hiki and Brendan were already hitting the ledge and the bbq had already out cookin'!

Scoot and Steemy were the only Goofy footer's and weren't to keen on hitting it backside. Both the boys shaped a new kick on the right side on the ledge! All the work payed off for them.

With in know time Lucy and Paddy had the bbq's cooking with gas!

Just after the boys had finishing building and we'd been there for a good hour ski petrol told us to leave. Once they left one of the groomers drove past. We offered him a beer to push some snow on the landing. He was more then helpful after pushing two loads of snow he turned around and smoothed the landing out. MADDOG!

Ski petrol turned up again with some english speaking lady about 20 minutes later. This time we defiantly had to leave.

The day had giving us good and bad wheather. On the home run down the sun decided to stay out till sunset! it was only 6:30pm and only a couple of us had eaten and all still had plenty of food to round. So we found a good spot to cook and relaxing watching the sunset!

Paddy, Scoot and Steemy were straight on cooking duty and doing a fine job at it.....

After a solid shred day with your friends, there nothing better then relaxing in the sun with a bbq cooking and some beers!!!

In search of Slovenian pow......

Back in February it was already starting to look like spring time. I'd been back in europe for about 3 or 4 weeks and only riding powder three times back in January when I first arrived. There was no real signs of it getting any better either.

We had always planned to head down to Slovenia for a while, but soon as we heard about this resort called Kanin with a 3 metre bass and had just receive word that had dumped a 1 metre of snow there. So we packed a car with all our gear and made our way to Bovec, Slovenia.

Just before going though the tunnel to Ost Tirol, our car over heated.

After getting lost in Italy for a bit. We'd finally crossed the boarder to Slovenia!

We rolled into town and needed to find accommodation straight away. The Information centre put us on it this amazing apartment for 15 euros each per night. Slovenia was already looking to be a great decision!

That night we spent about an hour making sure that everyone new how to use the peeps....

On our way up the mountain we had notice there some wind. Once we'd reached to top everything had changed. All the powder that we'd dreamed about had been taken away with this crazy winds. At the very top it was minus 22 and the wind was unbearable. Once we dropped into the Italian side of the resort the winds and freezing whether all disappeared.

We enjoyed lunch in little restaurant.

After our first fun day of riding we spent the afternoon with some beers on our balcony. While planning our next move.

Next day we decided to head to Ljubljana but on the way we stop in at Kranjska Gora to ride the park. The park wasn't good at all, but we had spent hours riding the resort. It was full of fun little hits all over the place. After another fun day riding we made our way the capital.

First time in Ljubljana beautiful city! Full of rad graffic, amazing old street and amazing night life...

We got put onto this DnB night by our mates kennies that was going on in Ljubjana and had pre drinks in the highest building in city in Slovenia 13 story to enjoy some long Island teas!

Steemy's chicken was back in Kitzbuhel so he had to make love to this one!

After a good night, we had to check out of the hotel and make the 4 hour drive back to Austria...........

Halfway home Steemy realized he left his binding back in the hotel.

All in all we had a lot fun. Even though we didn't get the snow we'd hoped too!

Serfaus........

Few week ago our friend Mona took us all out to Serfaus to stay down at family's apartment for a couple days. We would all like to thank Tim, Nick (Alf) and most importantly Mona. Its was a good couple of days of Boarding, Filming, Sun, Laughs, Drinks and when timmy's around plenty of Games!

Steemy and I were injured the last day of the trip so we just spent the day chilling in the apartment and enjoying amazing sun!

 A couple of weeks back Big Red celebrated his B'day. 

We all got together to smash this tree up. Then we thought we could ride it. Luckily we all brought our shivs and shovels. We're pretty staunch.

With the proper direction we shaped ourselves a nice little booter.

Then we got jibby with it. Na na na na na na na!

One Run Snowboarding.....

Yesterday, we set off on a mission to build a fun kicker right into a large paddle.....

But the local tree loppers had destroyed our fun......

So basically, we spent the day skating and soaking up the sun for the rest of the afternoon!
